ATF and Lapé Médical are two sister companies belonging to the Gradel family group, which was founded 45 years ago by Maryse and Pierre Gradel, both driven by a shared passion: to leverage their expertise in bar turning and high-tech technologies to promote French industrial know-how and offer innovative, high-quality products for patients and orthopaedic surgery.
Today, their son, Thomas Gradel, presides over this family legacy, which now has 55 employees and offers a friendly, human-scale working environment.
Most of their marketing activity is concentrated in France, but the companies also have a strong presence on the international stage thanks to a network of distribution partners in more than 20 countries.
